No Mate you are Kidding yourself i would back say Chirnside park or the Basin to beat both in Div4 top sides to beat Sth yarra and Heatherton The southern league is not very strong when you take out Stkilda City Stpauls Chelsea heights.
The rest would struggle in 3rd div Eastern league go watch a game and tell me what you think. I have watched both
