What is going on at cpl? Flag favourites to dropping two games in a row? Easily have the best playing list in league by a mile.
Maybe the money has run out? Hope all ok they are a good bunch of blokes.

Haha definatly no crisis meeting going on. Because a side loses 2 games there has to be a crisis going on, come on man get real, it just shows how good the comp is this year.
I did hear a moorabin player say to a spectator ' come watch us in the granny this year'. Haha geez i hope they aint getting a head of them selves, very cocky at the moment.

I did hear a few blokes have not been paid at cpl? Not sure if true as heard this second hand ? The comp is nowhere near as good as it was last year... Mount last year would smash every team by 80-100 points this year... Dropped away heaps

It's what happens when the league let div. 2 steal all the div. 3 talent with coin instead of taking it from other leagues...
that may not mean better "quality" of players but there is far better evenness across the board which i think makes for a "better' league...there was no chance anyone else was going to make the granny last yr making league interest minimal besides cpl/mv
What part is rubbish? Cpl struggling to pay or mount flogging teams if they had last years team playing? Like someone posted before all those good players going to div 2 sides has weakened the comp... Cpl should be certainties if they can pull it together as lost stuff all on last year

Haha. They're CPL, not carlton.
He is prob full of shit but just going off what he said when I asked what is going on with cpl losing two games in a row? Just doesn't add up a side with that much talent should be smashing every team in div 3.... When u look at it is a very ordinary comp this year and cpl have not lost a lot from last year? So what in the hell is going on?

There was only about 7-8 players from last years GF side out there, there's been a bit of a turnover, quite a few missing chunks of games from things outside of football, should all come together around finals time.
Fair enough... Could be a battle to make finals if missing that many... Looks like u boys have a tough draw... Hopefully u can turn it around as a good bunch of blokes who always stick around for a beer when playing away. Dalton is a massive loss for u guys so guess not as strong as last year .
Ever thought that teams have just improved? Gee your in love with cpl . Moorabbin are a bloody good side. Its good that its not one-sided.
It's pretty obvious the comp has dropped away... Lyndale , mount and cpl last year would smash moorabin and black rock by ten goals minimum this year
Couldn't agree with you more Falc. Maybe other teams have improved and CPL have dropped away slightly. Rumours about crisis meetings is crap. Moorabbin are now the team to beat IMO. No offence to BR, Mount CPL or Ashwood but they are very solid and may even go undefeated all year.

Exactly. i know you're all in shock that cpl lost 2 in a row its like when thorpey came out gay, huge suprise!! But its called football guys, theres 2 sides out there each week, and one has to win. Even hawthorn have lost 2 games.

I have a feeling ashwood will finish top three... Looks like they are getting the job done without clicking... Only bad game being when cpl flogged them ... Really endeavour hills are unlucky not to be top three had a tough run and either had good wins or been right up there in the games they played . Black rock I'm not convinced of yet only played easy teams so far.
