Marra has really come of age.

Am I correct in saying that every one of our wins we've come away thinking, 'Wow, that was impressive.'

Every other year it seems like there are at least 2-3 matches we win where we say, "It wasn't pretty, but we bank the four points and move on."

There's something different about this year.

We haven't gone back to late 2015/6 Bev era when we destroyed teams by overrunning them & keeping them pressed under the screw.

We're more of a mixture now, we can do the quick - quick - slow and the slow - slow - quick. We chase and harry , but have some serious marking ability.

We've suddenly become a dangerous, well balanced team in the course of half a season.

I’ve felt for years the biggest hole in the team has been a lack of forward pressure, today there was plenty of it which allows the team to intercept in the midfield where it completely changes the look of the game.
