For those that have seen the game (I can't seem to access the full replay, only the highlights) what were your thoughts on Membrey?

Did a couple of good things but did not do enough for mine. He also did not trust himself to kick a goal at one stage on his left which I was a little puzzled about.

Must have been a stomach ulcer; where the hell did the game go ? Suspect the AFL dragged it because it was not a NAB match. Off to the doctor now.

You never know Grim.

Maybe someone threatening them (sponsors, afl etc) for some reason; Maybe it's a quality thing where they don't want a scratch match (that's not a NAB cup game anyway) officially uploaded by the AFL/Club or maybe the Swans just don't want everyone watching what party tricks we've got in the loop?? No idea really. Would love to have a look though if anyone finds a link or anything...

The part that puzzled me was they used a commentator and had Tommy Walsh providing the special comments, so obviously screening the whole match was something that was planned beforehand.

I tell you what there were a few new moves. The opening up the centre of the ground and moving the ball quickly with flashy kicks and HB was just sensational. It caught no matter which team it was being used against absolutely stunned. I think it helped to see very good delivery in those moves. On the whole the delivery in the last half was pretty good. Scrappy in the first half though. Some of the younger lads have really good kicking skills.

By the way this is one of the things that impressed me about Derrickx and even Toby, except his first kick it was crap.

The commentator was lousy, he couldn't even keep up and kept forgetting who everybody was.
