Beat them at the G by 12 Points earlier. Will do it again.

Swans by 19

Paps should get up.

GO BLOODS
Come on we’re better than this.

They’re multiple demons. Which is “Dees”. Not “Dee’s” in the subject line.

Unless you’re talking about Deez.

Deez Nuts.

Sort of makes it look like we’re coming up against employees at a diner.

Get every Swan to look at this guys face, convince them that it is a really bad idea to kick the ball high to a teammate if this man is also near that teammate.

Not worried about him. He dominated last time and we won.
It’s the rest we have to fear but I think we match up so well against them.

It will drive me insane if we kick it to the big bald bloke all game long

What does everyone recon about not playing two rucks but having one as the med sub and strategically lets just say "Richmond" the rule at 3/4 time and bring on a fresh Ladhams with a quarter to go?

I'm worried but always was going to be so I suspect my thoughts in the lead up will be a little bit more overrating Melbourne and underrating us.

Yes we beat them once and at this ground but that was ages ago. We are a different team then, probably better tbf but as they showed over the weekend that when they can go, boy they go.

Unchanged would be for me assuming Papley is fit and OK. I am worried about Hickey in the ruck since we got absolutely destroyed in centre clearance and Ladhams did play last time. But Gawn was on another level. They play him deep again and we might struggle. But I don't know if Brown played

Our best wins and we will need to bring it all game

How about he learns that standing 20m in front of the key forwards is a really dangerous place to stand.

Doesn't mean you have to do something that gets you suspended, but I am bored of watching Gawn casually stroll into the hole like he is waiting for a bus.

The Grand Final last year showed this Melbourne team is a finals team. No one can have an off game
Not just the grand final. They won all three of their finals by an average of 63 points. And it's no wonder when they have names like Gawn, Oliver, Petracca, May... these are players who will be seen as greats of their generation in their respective positions, especially the first two.

They also have some decent kids as evidenced by the fact they boast the first premiership players out of the 2018, 2019 and 2020 drafts.

It feels really weird to be genuinely terrified of an opponent but also very confident we can knock them off.

Very dominant finals campaign reminded me of Richmond 2017 run.

Am I a bad person for being tickled by both Dawson and Hewett not taking part in finals and both looking a long way off? Nothing personal but it feels gratifying that we’ve powered on without them, just as we usually do when we lose players.

We just need to stop that ginger at Geelong from getting near a flag.

I wish Dawson no team success (not because of him personally, just his club), but the other guy deserves every good thing that comes to him, hope he makes finals again.

Happy enough with the slight improvement this year, good things happen when we finish 3rd.
