Isn’t that what the thread is about? The team?
When it comes to All-SFA discussions, one of the terms that is regularly thrown around is the "a lock", there is very few people each season who we need not really debate about, and KohPhi was a lock this season. KohPhi's stock this season has sky rocketed with his dominance on display playing in the Ruck and his overall impressive presence around the league.
From 16 games, KohPhi was the joint leader for Hitouts in the Home & Away season with 218 to go with an impressive 356 disposal count. The All-SFA Ruck was involved in plenty of discussions this season, and never fell short of quality.
The star of KohPhi just keeps on rising and there is looking to be no end...
The first of two interchange players is Tony Lynn 15, the Baghdad Bombers young gun who has been full of energy and ferocity and hasn't dared to back down from those he challenged or those who challenged him. He is the third Baghdad Bombers player to be included into the team and in a short time has become one of not only the clubs top posters, but the leagues too.
On field, Tony Lynn 15 missed one home & away game. Perhaps he wanted to match the 15 in his name. Yep, I'm still here all night people! With 281 disposals to his name. Tony on 8 occasions this season managed to gather 24 or more disposals helping his team in their effort to win a second consecutive premiership.
.
Congratulations on your first All-SFA cap, Tony Lynn 15.
He is in the team?Boys club bullshit this man belongs in the team, well done cobba.
He is arguably one of the biggest names in the game right now. Off-field, you'd be hard pressed to find a thread where HaroLad is not involved in it. Regardless if you love or hate HaroLad, whether you believe he is on the wrong or right side of the fence, he is a big name right now. The Bagdad Bombers Captain, off the back of a premiership, has stood up once again this season with 335 disposals as well as a crunching 82 tackles, leading the way as his club seeks back-to-back premierships.
Congratulations, HaroLad, this is your second All-SFA selection.
He is in the team?
The team?
The Haroclub? Sickening stuff.
Seriously though, sad you’re giving it up.**** you thank you campaigner
Just had a look and saw you made it what an incredible achievement, imagine if you applied yourself.
I came third in the EKA... always remember this.
Any tips?
I think one issue that is forgotten in all of this is that gang posting cripples the team structure of the Sweet FA. Like I alluded to earlier, as the BC issue is mostly autonomous from any individual Sweet FA side.
Agree with all of this.Seriously though, sad you’re giving it up.
You’re welcome back to the one track Furies any time.
I like to think I was the catalyst for your All SFA season.Agree with all of this.
Oh wait. I'm not at the Furies. Don't go back there tgrs
But in all honesty, I'd much rather see you back there than not in the SFA at all
You absolutely were.I like to think I was the catalyst for your All SFA season.
I mean I wasn’t, but I like to think I was.
I’ve posted similar in another thread. I’ve watched the development of similar cliques, or groups, whatever - basically ruin the Bay (yeah yeah the Bay), and I fear a similar pattern happening here.
The whole premise of bantering is to go into battle with your teammates, take the piss out of the other team etc - your allegiance lies with the team you play for. These days match threads are a love in, and quite frankly, mind numbingly boring.
I’m not naive enough to suggest people shouldn’t be friends IRL outside of here, far from it - however I’m not the only one that thinks the cliquey feel of this board is diluting the product
What a plebI came third in the EKA
You lucky, jammy bastard!I came third in the EKA... always remember this.
You lucky, jammy bastard!
I don't think I've ever finished in the top 3 in the EKA.
I might have in my very first season but it wasn't awarded back then. I'll never give up hope though. Every new season presents another opportunity
To be fair that should’ve been retrospectively awarded. You lucky, jammy bastard!
