No arguments there however the afl has always stated its home state advantage not home ground. Games are played at the ground in that teams state to maximize attendance for the game. Hence anz being used today.

That changed in July when the AFL specifically said that finals would be played at Carrara, Spotless and the SCG if eligible.

Not about Richmond today its about the day you got your pants pulled down in a final for the 4th time in a row? Maybe extra concessions needed?
If you knew what you were on about, youd already know Swans match up poorly against GWS. I wasn't suprised today.

I hope you feel better by others losses, to sooth your pain.

Agree so then GWS will be playing next final at SCG? Genuine question.

I wasn't surprised at all, I knew the Giants would win. Just find it interesting you've lost 4 finals in a row and not a mention in the media

So why wasn't today at the scg? Swans finished higher on ladder, in fact on top, so why weren't they given the advantage ? Answer: because more people would get to see the game at anz

What odds did you get? I'm sure all readers agree your stunning stats need to be headlines.

Full Answer: because ANZ was entitled to ALL finals under the AFL contract signed in 2002 and ending this year. The sydney derby was the only final they were left with after negotiations earlier this year, likely because of the reason you suggested.

Pfft the real answer is Mike Fitzpatrick's management company which is in charge of ANZ get to double dip they got paid for moving Swans finals to the SCG but he wanted more dollars so put the if the Giants and Swans make it the game must still be played at ANZ clause in there, nothing to do with the fans don't be silly.

They'll be lucky to get 20k.. Ok not 3-1, that was a piss take but we'd out number them I've got no doubt, there would be thousands trecking up the Hume and catching the hour flight, I will be.
Naah
Silly numbers. 20k conservative for us. Bulldogs and Carlton had significantly more support at Spotless for the H & A games.

45-1 multied with dogs, Hawks and crows unfortunately smith let me down. However that's not important what is is you are facing straight sets for the 2nd year in a row and your 5th straight finals loss... Boy oh boy...
Would that really be the second year in a row? Boy oh boy, could there be any less, if it happens?

What nonsense. Those are the 3 best run clubs in the competition, and that is why we've been sharing so many flags between the three of us.

We finished outside the 8 in 2009, and rebuilt our list into something capable of a three-peat despite the expansion club compromised drafts starting that year. We saw what was coming and looked to the trade table to rebuild, something that was available to any other team.

And I will always remember the Pie's 4 in a row as the comedy it was, including winning the first after kicking only 2 goals in a game because their opponent kicked zero, and being allowed to request a rematch when they lost the first grand final to Geelong in their 4th. 2nd and 3rd legs of their 4-peat were also highly dubious.

It's rubbish because you say so eh? commonly understood compromised drafts have helped over a FEW YEARS, your fall in 2009 wasn't necessarily a reflection of your list.

We have 4, you don't (yet) and probably won't... Deal with it ha

The "compromised draft" story is bullshit peddled by supporters of teams jealous of the success of Geelong, Hawthorn and Sydney. A very large chunk of our 2015 premiership winning team arrived on our list AFTER the compromised draft period began. Same for Geelong. That is why it is rubbish. Weak excuse from teams with weak recruiting, player development and coaching departments. You guys going with Buckley again next year?

How many of them did you see? I bet the 1927 two goals versus zero goals flag must have been a cracker to watch, were you there?

Haha whatever dude, sleep well with your 'free' premiership cups.

Buckley was a legend of a player, clarkson was AND still is a mug, and your game style pales in comparison with the Giants and the dogs because you're coached that way. Dinky kicks, shepherding the man on the mark, and a list full of protected panzies ha

Enjoy the next 10 years of nothingness, it's coming soon ;)

You have a speech impediment? It is pronounced "three", not "free". Sleep well with your 2 in 50+ years.

Buckley was a legend of a player

I asked you if he would be your coach next year, not if he'd be playing in the legends game.
