You should have been able to tell from some aspects of the game that the nucleus is there. We are just inept at converting good play to scores.

We also play at least two players short every week by persistently selecting Ziebell (game has gone past him), Turner (was never at the level) and a couple of others. Add Cunnington, Tarryn and Curtis to yesterday's mix and the result might have been different.

But he has been amazing - in the 18 games he has played this year he has polled a massive total of 1 coaches vote.
