Play Ricky Dyson...this guy is a freak, just give him some time.. yes i no he has been at the club for 4 something years but Licha has been there almost 6 years now...and is only just starting to come through so stay with him...Give him opportunites and again yes i know he has played 49 games or something...BUT PLAY HIM!!!

He can do some pretty amazing things, but he just never gets his hands on the ball to be recognized as a quality player. He would be a very good player (freak is a bit much) if he got the ball more than 20 times in a game, but it can't seem to do that which is very very disappointing.

Nash isn't going to win most improved by a mile, at the very least Ryder has improved just as much as him. Winderlich probably more than both of them.

Watson is a better player than monfries. It honestly is that simple. Gus isn't a clearance player at the moment, and should most definitely be on the bench instead of Jobe.

Dyson isn't a freak. He may turn out to be an alright player but I highly doubt he'll get as good as Winderlich will get. He was given his chances this year and didn't have a game with over 20 possession, even having one with just 5. Im in favour of keeping him (depending on trade offers) but to quote the Johns bashers he's not the messiah. I dont think he'll ever fully utilise his pace and raking left foot.

And the kids have to earn a game. When they have played consistently well in the VFL they have got given a game. All 6 2006 draft picks got a go. Its not as if Sheeds has been not picking them.

By the way I agree with you Hilles a small crumbing forward yeah? Maybe a HBF? Hille is a ruckman, as will hopefully be evidenced by the very good trade deal we get for him form a club wanting a ruckman.
