Eagles have been good at kicking players to the curbs who they simply dont like. Three recent examples of this are Andrew McDougall, Mitch Morton and LLane Spaanderman. Especially Mitch Morton. Everyone got sick of his attitude from day one

I think the eagles can blame themselves for picking up a player with a long history of attitude issues with regard for Spaanderman. If you get credit for "kicking him to the curb" you need to deal with the marks deducted for picking him up in the first place.

Have it on good authority that fev and nick stevens don't like each other. Fev actually can't stand stevens and was rapt when he missed out on the captaincy.... implying that if he had of got it, would have been an easy decision for him to move to another club.

Some crap on here: Tarrant is on fair terms with the Pies I'm told. Scotland is very good mates with Didak and joked about that nasty hit in 2006 (IIRC) saying he was going to egg Didaks house that night:thumbsu:. I like Scotland.

I believe Peter Eakins got under Tuddy's skin, but that was a matter of proffesional pride.

I believe the Hawks players thought Demetriou was a slimy w***er. Dunno if that means Dunstall hated him or liked him.

McCarthy was an egomaniac at Fitzroy, i think he was widely disliked wherever he played

Someone wrote up many pages earlier about a player shagging a coaches Daughter at an interstate club in the early 90's can someone please elaborate?? at least give the club??

I thought they did. Turley and Christie Malthouse was the pair referred to.

Not saying its true or not, but if it is then nice work Turls.

I was once at work about 4 or so years back and a customer came in and started speaking to me about her beloved Western Bulldogs etc.

She said to me that her Grandson ''Adam Contessa'' that once played for the dogs left because he couldn't stand Terry Wallace and that Wallace was the type of coach that wanted him to eat of his boots.

That was exactly what she said and I didn't really care at the time but now I can honestly see why players such as Bowden's and Petifer have/had fall outs.

What a load of rubbish! Adam left the Bulldogs because he was delisted, ie: not good enough to get a regular game. :( Previously he had not expressed a dislike for Terry Wallace, the coach or person.

Dermott and Dunstall haven't always been the best of mates.

Jonathan Hay also gave some negative impressions to his teammates initially, but I'm sure he would have been excused when he came out and spoke of his illness.

Actually you'l be surprised at just how many did turn up to the wedding - the majority of the playing group - and Sheeds!!! all went.

yeah, as much as I think he's got an extremely punnchable head, I spoke to McPhee out one night and he was a really good bloke. Was when he was at Freo, and I didn't even know he played AFL. I rolled up to him with the stock standard "has anyone ever told you you look like Nick Riewoldt before?" Spoke to him for about 1/2 hour, very friendly bloke.

Well, 1. It's Nick Davis and 2. I think ND saw him as a threat to a forward line position.

When Nick Davis was dropped for the first time in 2006, it was Phillips who was brought into the team to replace him. But what I'm curious about is what kind of stuff did Nick do to Simon that Simon still thought they were still mates?

Aker and Steven Lawrence - I'm not quite sure as to why, and Akers book didnt go into specifics, but there was clearly a level of dislike from Aker towards him.

Ive spoken to one of them about that, it may be true. But he said, when your out there playing you don't think about it as a bad relationship just another team mate

Houli, and McVeigh. McVeigh had a go at him because he tackled him in a contact drill during preaseason. No doubt, i know the reason why he really had a go at Houli.
