Why bother? 7 are getting exactly want for themselves which is all they care about.

They're making a killer revenue out of endless ads and promos.

And are killing every other channel in the ratings despite the above.

So while everyone with an Oztam box keeps their TV on 7 I severely doubt they will change a damn thing.

There is also a board on 7's site (I think it is called Sharing the Spirit) where everyone is unloading. You just need a Yahoo ID to login to it. I would recommend adding the comments there too.

7 are a disgrace. They have got to have the worst coverage team any network has put together. How Rebecca Wilson gets a gig, i do not know. Discussing replays for an hour is an absolute joke, there are probably 30 different sports going on and they couldn't cross to any of them? Their basketball and football coverage was a disgrace. Commercials every ****ing 3 minutes. They **** up the AFL coverage, they **** up the Olympics. What else are they going to **** up? Pathetic.

Guys India has the best TV coverage. I have friends in India and they reckon it's the best coverage in the world. CH 7 are ****ed they have ****ed up everything

probably the thing that is hurting Channel 7 the most which they enjoyed with Athens (and to a lesser extent Sydney) is the fact that they had time to show replays and highlights during the day. They had all the live action on overnight and then highlights, replays and extra stuff during the day (during Sydney they showed quite a bit more overnight after the live coverage ended). They can't do that here because the network hasn't given them the extra hours once live coverage had ended.

They were lucky with Athens: it isn't working here in Beijing.

I was reall looking forward to watching the BBall this Olympics and from what I have seen so far is a disgrace. I have just accepted that i will be seeing short bursts of action as they join games half way through and then put on an advert every 3 minutes.

Whilst I personally would rather watch the tennis, I agree with you. I'm complaining about the hour they spent discussing replays, even as Lleyton was playing.

Fair call u bolt. I don't pick anything different this year to what 7 has done in the past. The big difference is the time zone.

I don't know a lot of what they did in Sydney as I was attending events most of the time. Watched a bit of daytime coverage on the big screens at Homebush, but I would get home in time to watch Roy and HG and I had the 3 C7 cable channels to catch up with other stuff I missed.

Most people are asleep when most of the action is live and the Olympics are in a Euro or USA time zone.

Lol there'd be far worse people than me. I've hardly used any of my downloads this month. Probably about 40%. I don't watch them for very long, mainly because the buffer quite a bit.
