Thanks for the updates, Apex

Just on KK, it seems to be holding true what people were saying before draft time: that he has super ability but just needs to get fit and stay fit
The one time I saw him a month ago he was struggling at the end of the session with the running (however he never gave up and finished) however, what I loved was that in match simulation he played so well and got heaps the ball both leading up and in general play. - I love seeing this because it shows that he has what it takes, now it needs commitment on the fitness side.

Sooo...(sorry) finally getting to my question, did you see him today (or indeed, other days) play / match simulation and your thoughts on his ability?
Sorry, he was on the other side of the ground today for most stuff, although it didn't really look like there was much genuine match sims happening. More just drills, sprints and goalkicking from what I saw. He's certainly a good shot on goal from what I saw of him though.

The beauty of working on the road is flexibility. As long as I get all my work done the boss doesn't care what I do :)

As for JDG, he was mostly in the group on the other side of the ground to me, but he seemed to do quite well in the sprints at the end.
Sounds like a good job. Thought I'd throw it out there because postings on social media have led to many a sacking. Wish I was down there and could go watch the boys train :(.

Yes, well BF is relatively anonymous, and I'm not silly enough to announce that I'm slacking off for an hour or two on Facebook, so all good :D

One thing I forgot to mention, it looked as though AT has taken Broomy under his wing. Of course it could have been a coincidence, but they seemed to stick to each other like glue during the set shot practice and drills, and were doing their own sprint drills together at the end while everyone else was doing them in groups of 4-5
Excellent news!

He keeps trying to hunt me down at those games, but to no avail.

No shame in that, I suppose. Many have tried. None have succeeded.

He has told me that. He looks for you without Success. Though I seen/Talked to you at a Few VFL Games

They're doing some kind of handball in traffic drill where nobody is allowed to run. It looks hilarious because everyone is doing weird waddle-power walks to move as fast as possible lol

They're missing Swanny

Cheers, Apex!
Hope you gave Kirby that hug!

:) blowing a bit here, but a few months of training and heaps of hugs, he will be right!

Probably mumbling to himself something how he "didn't sign up for this running shit"
The poor bugger looked like he was running on a treadmill and needed an oxygen mask by the end of the session, but to his credit he never gave up, although he needed significantly longer breaks between the sprints than Bruzzy did.

Guessing he may spend a fair bit of time playing deep in the forward pocket. Hope he becomes our Derek Kicket.

Wait, you have a boss in that crime gang of yours now? I thought you were the boss?

I'll have to update my records, then...

If his work ethic is good then lack of fitness won't be a long term issue.

I think he'll kill it in the VFL this year TBH, and much like Brendan Abbott, will gain a cult following very quickly. There will likely be many calls for him to debut by the second half of the year, but he's coming from so far back that I'd be astounded if they contemplated giving him a senior berth before 2018.

Just watched a replay of the Richmond game early last year...I hope Fassy boy can stay fit!! Forgot how much of a jet he is when he's fit! Kicked 6 that game.

Forward line of Elliott, Fasolo, Moore and sprinkle in a bit of Broomhead and we're not going to be bored at least!

So he'll help us get to the finals, get dropped for the Granny & never talk to Bucks again?
