According to the book by Emma Quayle, the Hawks had three roles to fill in the 2007 draft, that of a big key defender, a small crumbing forward and an outside mid.
The book implies that we got our crumber in Junior and outside mid in Whitecross.
That would mean that the only one left is a big key defender.
Do people therefore think we will pick the best key defender at pick 16, or go for generally best available (I doubt we'd pick up a key forward) and if that turns out to be a key defender, then all the better?
