With the ongoing carnage not abating, the People of Springfield gathered at 742 Evergreen Terrace to discuss their options. They needed a leader, but that very issue meant that the meeting went off into a variety of different discussions - Does the world need left-handed shops? Is there room in Springfield for another snow plow company? Whatever happened to the Springfield monorail? - none of them relevant to the task at hand.

So instead of formulating a plan to stop the chaos reigning over their town, they decided the best course of action was to simply leave the Simpson's house, got to bed and hope for the best.

Of course, we all know how THAT is going to turn out ...

Gralin (Apu Nahasapeemapetilon) killed by Springfield Mafia

MP_ (Grampa Simpson) killed by Springfield Elementary School

thewizardmelon (Homer Simpson) killed by Sideshow Bob

HARPSichord (Krusty The Clown) killed by Movementarians

Hatchy1992 (Dr Hibbert) killed by Grampa Simpson

Tarkyn_24 (Smithers) killed by Apu Nahasapeemapetilon

Which means that the Nuclear Power Plant has been eliminated.

It is now Day 3 - a Friday - which can best be coupled with this completely relevant and logical declaration:

For fricking centuries....

The first cases of bubonic plague, AIDS, Covid etc happened on Fridays.

Rome was finally overrun on a Friday.

Wars start on Fridays. Barbie's ancestor German prostitute doll was launched on Friday.

Stalin, Trump, Hinkley, King Chuckles, Boris and Natasha Badnikov, the creators of the Simpersons, Thatcher, Bob Simpson, Whitten, WaynesWorld19 , Marc Antony, NaturalDisaster ,ScoMo to name a few were born on Friday.

The worst work decisions are on Friday as are decisions to chat up the wrong person (swipe right in modern parlance), to have another round, swallow that pill, snort that line.

Opium was introduced on a Friday and sometime later banned on an even worse Friday.
