We agree not to match on the provisio that we get Brayshaw for cheap.

Edit: but Brayshaw's value is hard to judge. He is playing so well at the moment but another concussion and he could be worth very little. But if he keeps playing like this the rest of the season is definitely worth a second rounder. So maybe not so much of a dream scenario unless does get his value right up.

Be a tough pill to swallow if we got a pick around 20 for Gaff in compo. You'd hope we'd match it or push for some other deal that advantages us.

If Brayshaw keeps playing the rest of the season the way he has the past 2 games he is easily a first rounder. I love that they are completely ignoring the fact that they will likely lose Gaff for AFL compensation rather than a trade.

This is the response I got in the death riding Melbourne thread when I suggested that crows fans suggested Fogarty would take Lever to the cleaners pre game. Then post game pointed out Lever only beat a first year player.

Giants were missing: Brett Deledio, Toby Greene, Adam Kennedy, Tom Scully, Zac Williams, Matt de Boer, Will Setterfield, Lachie Tiziani

Its almost like both sides had injuries, and they're finding it hard to acknowledge that their full forward is a fraud, their ruckman is a dinosaur, and their boom recruit hasn't fixed all their problems.

Or maybe that their players aren't all leaving by accident, but they're leaving because they don't want a bar of Mark Riccuito's boys club. Or perhaps they find it hard to play under a coach who greets an off day with stony silence rather than...you know...instructions on how to fix it.
