ok then what if someone just gave either of those two a bump which means they'll fall over and hurt their knee/ankle more, is that funny?

Dude, you're so lame, give up.

I accutally like Riewoldt but i also like Michael and Scott. What they did was hilarious and smart and if someone dumb enough after doing their knee decided to walk back to the goal sqaure (Just as Riewoldt did) they deserve Scott, Michael or Boom Boom Brown running into them. I think you've missed the entire point buddy.

you're a sad kid if you find someone elses misfortune funny, you're the kind of guy that would laugh at someone on crutches or in a wheelchair

I don't think you realise that it's not funny that Riewoldt got injured, it's funny that Riewoldt, the club's captain, was visibly crying whilst his club was still in battle.

Yeh that is the point of some of your laughing and i don't have a problem with that but i'm responding to this guy who said he laughed at scott/michael trying to hurt a true champion of the game and then i do have a problem with that

Mate ,Nick will get over that injury and get strength from the whole thing. I dont think too many people are happy that Nick is actually hurt and wouldn't wish him any harm.
I take your point about the apparent glee shown that he was hurt and bumped but all clubs would do it. Hamill would test someone in the same circumstances. Its a long haul and I dont think the Saints season is over just yet. You might have the last laugh yet.

THANK YOU! I now see the downside of playing the single season opener on a night before the quietest day of the year!

HAHA, wanna know what's funny about that?

It's true! Cripples are hilarious, cripples that are crippled because of me are even funnier but club captians crying are even more so. Good leadership, i see Barker followed suit.

But i think you've missed the point yet again. Nick was walking back to the goal sqaure, he was on the field at the time, it was fair play. Same thing for Netiz if the mighty beast went down with a knee, if he walked back he'd deserve someone like Brian "I will kill your kitten" Harris going for an old chop to the knee cap. In the spirt of the game? .... No. Smart and effective ... Yes.

That is not funny. For a young fella like him in his first game as captain to be struck down with injury like that is terrible. No joke about it. The fact that he SHOWED his emotion just proves how much it means to him, how much the game means to him and how much he loves his club. He epitomises the word captain. If he didn't cry there would be something wrong with him.

I feel for him but he wasn't crying about mental anguish or the realisation that he was going to be out for a month or more he was crying from the pain.

That makes it soft!

Hey Zeke you tool....

Is this where you got the idea from...

Riewoldt leaves smarter things in the toilet than what the Collingwood Footy Club posses.
