No problem for the BF night crew. Even my 10yr old’s alert and handling it easily, although he was yawning around the 75 minute mark with Argentina looking certainties.

Fair enough - for my post about the basketball it should have read "Dickheads in Victory Gear", not Victory supporters. It's a shame these morons ruin it for the families like yours that just want to watch the match.

That said I haven't been to an A League game in probably 10 years due to their shit. Last straw for me was a game at AAMI where post game security formed a wall blocking the nearest exit and wanted everyone in our section to leave the stadium and walk a massive loop behind Goshes paddock towards Punt Road in order to avoid walking past the Dickheads in Victory Gear singing out the front, which was the complete opposite direction of where we had the car. I pointed to the footbridge next to Rod Laver Arena where we parked and asked if I could exit that way and had a security guy bark repeatedly an centimetre from my face "YOU WILL FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS" like I was a convict in a chow line. Tremendous experience for the casual fan!

I’ve been going to Victory games for 18 years and have been an A Reserve seat member for the past 17, along with five other family members.

The generic term “Victory supporters” just doesn’t fit when it comes to the small group fronting the most active support behind the North End. Outside them and their teen and 20’s aged disciples who do as the Capo and his crew tell them it’s no different to a North crowd, bar the good active support which makes the place pump. Family friendly and safe as houses.

These dickheads bring a huge dark cloud over the club and game with their bulltish and what they did last night is indefensible. Having seen the very clear pics the Police posted on the news tonight they’ll be caught and dealt with.

F’ing madness and it is beyond embarrassing for the many innocent passionate members.

I hope they’re burnt at the stake!

The club is already saying some of the offenders were previously banned. I suspect its not difficult to get into the game by changing your appearance a little. Seems the group of ferals spoil it for everyone. At least they have good video of most of the dickheads so they won’t be hard to find. What do ou think the real motivation is Twinkletoes for these cretins? Clearly its not about supporting the club? Seems this same reckless group are regular troublemakers inside and outside the ground. Maybe the club just isn’t doing enough to get rid of them.
