I look at ladder and fact they are flogging a team we barely beat. Which has its best young player back in. And we've of course won one game

Cheers dear
Mind blowing, isn’t it luv.

Just saw the Hinkley crying footage.

Absolutely incredible. They just beaten 15th by 2 points in a God awful game and he's carrying on like that. Anyone alive the Saints would have beaten them today and couple of the few below would have had a shot too. And it's all about self perceived vindication of himself. He's cooked.
Think it really highlights where he’s at mentally and the impact all the noise is having. They need to pull the pin there.

I can't recall a football club with such a disconnect between the team and its fans. Never Tear Us Apart?

The booing is not on. But Ken is no good for Port and coaching Port is clearly no good for Ken. It really seems untenable.

Pretty much, even I was stunned by the interview, good grief, going to have a look on the port board, no doubt many of them will be mentioning it.🧐

Whatever happens win/loss from now on he won't be there in 2025.

If they have another bad home loss they may pull the pin sooner.

How are Hawthorn so far ahead of us? Their list on paper is ordinary and they started their rebuild around the same time or after us without bottoming out as badly as we have. So frustrating.

Good choice. Port player walked the ball through for a rushed behind under zero pressure, much less than the * player last night but given the all clear-confusing alright. Saints player kicks straight across ground and out of bounds with no team mate in sight “throw it in “.
Makes it even funnier. Sucked in *.

Why is it ordinary? Because they’re not high draft picks?

Mitchell is also a very good coach. That much is obvious already.

Check out their list profile.

They have a large core of players in the 23-28 age bracket, plus another 4 good players that are 30+.

Compare these players to our players in that range and that is why they are ahead of us. It's not about the young players.

Hawks looked God awful the first 6 weeks, did last year as well. But have worked their way into it both years and seem to get better every week.
They have a better quality of senior player and their rebuild has largely been uninterrupted. Haven't had anywhere near the turmoil and incompetence that we had under the previous administration.
The only major potential problem that has come their way was the Egan report. But that has had far more of an effect on us than them.
