Good to see Barnsley flying. I'm moving to the UK for an 18 month stint starting Jan. Wouldn't mind a trip to play-offs (we can dream can't we?)

Mr Clean Sheet, Christian Daily must be in ripping form then :(

Bit of talk around that Stuart Pearce is being lined up as manager if things don't improve at Southampton.

Ahem... no it's too easy. Taking my WUM hat off for a second here ;) It's some mad inconsistency and Burley must be at the root of it, can he not get the big lads up for the next game after a big result? BTW i wasn't bagging Barnsley except teams like Scoton would expect to beat Barnsley at home all week long...

Chris Morgan has snatched a last minute equaliser for the Blades against the luckless Dads Army..

Dads army...lol. Thats now three wins we have thrown away at the death.
But in saying that, Underachieving early on in the season > Topping the table until December then finishing 13th.

My hatred for Robson continues at a whole new club....and a club that i previously hated anyway.

Congrats to the Tykes for putting three away against those direty Bristolites.:thumbsu:

why would they want that hack?

would only take them backwards.

his gamestyle is abysmal. and don't use the 'crap squad' excuse. he's had one of the better squads ie; England U21 and the football England played in that tournament was mostly terrible to very terrible.

Sven > Stu

I disagree. England U21 played some good football in that tournament, and I don't think anyone can say they underachieved as far as results go.

One thing that has become obvious is that anyone who thinks that SP has "a" gameplan, doesn't really understand football tactics. The way the U21's played was very different the way City played.

rubbish.

the under 21's played an abysmal style against mostly inferior teams.

the only decent performance was against Italy.

it appears your Stuart Pearce manlove is blocking an objective opinion. ;)

his teams don't play an attractive brand of football. it was the case with City and it's the case now and it will never change.

Another Barnsley fan. Welcome mate. 3-0. 4th on the ladder! :thumbsu:

The title is ours :p:D:thumbsu::)
Cheers mate. Can't wait to get over there and see them play. That said it could all go pear-shaped by Feb.

Perhaps thats what we need, a complete change in 'tactical nous'.. GB's acute passing/attacking style doesnt seem to fly in the CCC, perhaps the hoof it and hope approach may bring better results..
