Gold burger at golden grove is also excellent. I have had a fascination with burger bars lately and am in the process of experimenting on a near weekly basis. I have attended 4 places so far and I rank my experiences as follows:

1. Burger theory
2. Gold burger (very very close second)
3. Nordburger
........Daylight!.........
4.......
5. Burger Foundry

I obviously have many to try still and have FB's, Burgastromony, chuck wagon and burger club on the horizon for the next 6 weeks or so. Burger Foundry is shit.

Granted I haven't yet tried the Burger Theory bricks and mortar, but I always thought their food truck burgers were overrated. Low & Slow slayed them for mine.

I've only had Burger Theory at the Union St store, and yeah, its good as. Too many `gourmet' burgers have the patty as nearly a sphere, and/or have the texture of a brick.

It's time the Port Club bistro followed what the Prince (POW) has been doing right for years. Great salad bar with a simple but well spread side dishes and good old pub meals. This American crap the Port Club is trying to do just doesn't work. We're on many occasions have given them ideas and they say they'll try them, but hardly ever take it any further. Also, there are way too many steak dishes. It's time the PCB listened to it's customer once in a while. You know the old saying - The customer is always right... well most times they are.

If you weren't such a serial sook I'd have thought this was some sort of parody post.

I can't go past burger theories bacon and blue cheese burger, amazing!!

I like Nord Burger best out of the ones I've tried - I haven't been to lots but I like them more than Burger Theory. The new one at Hindmarsh is very handy for dropping by on the way to Adelaide Oval from my side of town

yesssssss

oh shit in tuxedocat! sweet

I can see the burger thing slowly dying out as hipsters lead the charge towards the new bread & dripping fad.
Geez that takes me back .. my mum would give us all.. bread fried in a bit of dripping.. well it was crisp.. they never had much money in those days. And bloody Fritz and sauce sandwiches every day for school.. sorry a bit off topic..

Fancy Burger for mine.

Not really a fan personally, although the chips are pretty great. I feel a bit sorry for the guy though, there never seems to be anyone in there.
