Was talking about this yesterday. What people read, if they read at all, really is pathetic.
I don’t do resolutions, but decided to ramp up my reading even more to combat the dullardry polluting this joint.
5 books down so far in ‘23, not one of them talks about rubbing dead mothers lip crème on your sensitive penis.

I have no intention of reading Soare but, you serious, that's what he wrote? Any quotes I read never mentioned the above

He got frostbite on his snorkle when he did a trek to the North (or South, I can't remember) Pole. It was a week or so before his brothers wedding.
It wasn't healing or feeling right so he went to the doctor. Someone suggested a type of cream to put on it, which happened to be the same cream his mother used on her face lol. I think he referred to his penis as his "todger"

That's a very strong statement from the club.

This is a good thread about how Moderna is making as much money as possible from the vaccine:

Personally I think the vaccines were the right thing to focus on originally but now the world has moved on, it's time to turn off the tap for big pharma on profiting hugely from them.

I don't really understand the "Always Was, Always Will Be" slogan. Does that mean everyone in Australia should be paying rent to Aboriginal people?
Lol. Dog whistle much?

It's just a catch cry, a mechanism for reminding themselves and others that First Nations peoples have a traditional claim to land, ensconced in law, and that their connection to it is something that cannot be taken away or denied by anyone else.

Not trying to dog whistle, I really don't understand it. The "traditional claim to land" thing just doesn't make sense to me. Land is either owned by someone or it isn't. Is there a traditional claim to the land my house is on? If so, what does that mean to me?

Here’s one for Charles Darwin (gringo2011)
Just snapped this fella on a property, sphincter twitched slightly upon first sight, didn’t see the legs attached

Looks like a reptilian humanoid to me. Wouldn't be surprised if it's one of the old dried up boomers that frequent these parts, either.
