Sooooooo...

Couldn't sleep, woke up at like 3am for some stupid reason, fun times;

1. Pakistan, friggen lol, is why I love cricket as nothing surer than them soiling themselves from a dominant position.
2. F1 and George Russell is still a bit of a whiny bitch, also think Mclaren misplayed for the win there.
3. Back to cricket and Scotland perhaps coasting to the super 8 with that win v Oman and England wobbling to spirit of GTFO.

Late night / early morning "why am I awake at this hour and in pain, what sport is on..." into a public holiday where I have to work it as "resource" for people to question "if I plug this in and look directly at it will I have a super power of being a stupid customer?".

Last Thursday I decided to remove myself from my familiar surroundings in an effort to meditate on recent high
level elite stupid behaviour, thoughts and decision making that I tend to specialise in, in the process of self sabotaging
any happiness I fleetingly stumble upon in my sorry excuse or a life. There has to be a better way ? Right ?

So I decided to go camping / fishing in the Kolan River valley - north of Bundy.

I arranged for my neighbour to feed my cats and off I went. I didn't do much on the fishing front
but this wasn't really the point of the exercise anyway. Despite covering myself in industrial strength "Bushmans"
insect repellant and wearing trousers and long sleeves, on Friday I managed to get attacked by sandflies in a big
way.

Packed up and drove home yesterday.

The thing about sandflies is they are tiny and you don't feel the bites until hours later. My ankles, my legs below
the knees, the backs of my hands, my forearms and my neck and face are now covered with over 100 bites which
are indescribably itchy and now the bite sites are morphing into pus filled blisters. Have hardly slept now for the past
three days due to the feeling of my skin being sorta "on fire".

This morning I will go to the chemist to get some anti histamine creme and pills if I can although I worry I am too
late for it to have much benefit. Anyway here are some pics .......

Bottom line it’s a public holiday is the main thing or if you have to work you get a loading.

Someone told me once that if you dose up on Vitamin B, they don't go near you.
Could be bullshit though.

I gots a loading as had to work it since national and all states are not created equal. As I also slept fro maybe 1am to 3am last night as I ended up with cricket on one TV, cricket on the PC, F1 on the other TV and me screwing around on the phone for "how can I get back to sleep?" things, I was glad that today was slow so I could nap.

Think outside of boxes, and probably more importantly, try putting yourself in their shoes and have a think about how you'd feel.

Then also recognise that no one that knows can say anything about it and things will end up deleted if it spirals.

Also, how many ex Greeks do you think get into mowing lawns based in WA? Small sample size I'd have thought...
