IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

To add to the shambles of the production, some things have led me to have to change from tonight and instead of pushing this out even more to the weekend, I figured why not do this while I have the time... as a result, this will start from 3pm today.

See you soon.

and some kind words from AnUltimateRessie

In just their second season in the competition, Pamcake1 has been awarded with a top 20 position in the season 38 beez. Pamcake1 was added to the Wonders leadership group on the eve of season and continued as one of their and the league's best posters.

She also didn't shy away from media this season, creating a wonderful tribute to the late Grand Uncle Horace and hosting the season 38 edition of the Wonders Festival during their late season bye week while being the director of this seasons rising star award couldn't be ignored as her highlight.

Congratulations Pamcake1.

Coming in at 19th, from the Furies is

19 JC.png

and some words from the tireless ShaunDuggan

One of the most well liked and respected posters within the SFA.

James has put together a great season when the Furies have needed him as much as ever.
James averaged a touch over 25% of the Furies weekly posting, with each and every word of those posts being something the opposition can engage with. It's hard to not give a postive react to anything he says.

While it may have been a quiet season on the thread creation front, he still put together one of the better threads of the season.

An inspirational Captain, one of my favourite teammates of all time, congratulations to James Colorado on being recognised as one of the best in the league.

In 18th position

And some of many words today from Tonga Bob

For the fourth season in a row, Coney Island vice captain FootyGuy13 makes the top 20 of the beez Trophy.

Guy’s media output has steadily progressed season on season, and season 38 saw a variety of topics receive the FootyGuy treatment. He began with the second running of the Sweet Olympics to coincide with the lesser known Olympics which took place in Paris, then turned his hand to commemorating the 150th game and subsequent Life Membership of his club captain (150 Steve Buscemi gifs would have totally worked by the way).

He followed this up to begin his eponymous round of qooty by providing the league with a series of match thread OP’s which spanned the genres, from overseas sporting competitions to Transformers films to James Blunt to Icelandic folklore, before concluding his SFA media with his now regular Mobbs Predictor which may or may not have been accurate. And not content with qooty, Guy then created the Fulminia qricket club whose origins had Tolkienesqe similarities only without the need for creating a whole new language.

In match thread posting Guy is the model of consistency. Given the challenge a few seasons ago to post 20 times per round, he is always there or thereabouts, combining his wit with an eclectic knowledge of pop culture references and a dash of flavoured milk to give the Warriors a point of difference that is appreciate by friend and foe alike.

So friends, foes and grumbleguts alike, please join me in congratulating FootyGuy13 for his 18th place in the season 38 beez Trophy!

Already my Top 20 is vastly different to the "voted" Top 20.

in 17th position

17 Gralin.png

with some words from Scythe94
Three seasons into @gralin’s glistening SFA career, you’d be forgiven for thinking that they’d been here since the days of the mighty Team Pump.

Gra has taken the league by storm since their debut in Season 36, winning the EKA, receiving three All-SFA selections and now landing in the top 20 of the beez for the second time. To cap off their rapid ascension through the Sweet FA, they’ll now be taking on the role of captaining one of the league’s foundation clubs (not the Wonders).

In addition to their enormous contributions to weekly match threads, Gralin can be frequently found in The Club Room, hosting and participating in Werewolf games.

But in all seriousness, this is another richly deserved accolade for a rising star of the SFA, and the Demons are in fantastic hands with them at the helm.

Congrats Gralin, and welcome back to the beez top 20.

16th spot goes to our dear

16 Pugsley.png

And some love from Dingster

What a season from the Pug. 9 games into the season he dragged his ass (you can all visualise this) from the sand of the Baghdad to pristine halls of Spotswood. Moved to a wing he proceeded to get 2 frees and give 11 away. So proud. In the media Pugs went from Bomber darling with his tribute to 300 gamer KohPhi to a prophet while still a Bomber thread Baghdad in tatters. Indeed one of a few threads enlightening Sweet on the leadership challenges at the Bombers that feels like the gift that keeps on giving.

In match threads Pugsley is a yapper. In his 8 games at Spotswood he raised his bat every game and then did Qod knows what else with it. Pugs is always up for a chat with anyone really whether it be laugh, niggle or anything in between, Sweet loves the Pug and appropriately recognised another fantastic season.
