But he's 31, at best he'd have 2 or 3 years left.
If I was Richmond I wouldn't be going anywhere near that.
At best I think he's a mid to late second round pick.

I'd like to throw Ben Lennons name out there. Clearly it would only be if a list spot was open but he is on the outta at that club and with Sicilys backline form I think we are in need of a HFF. Could do worse and won't cost much.
I'd prefer we gave Stewart or Miles that opportunity.

i kinda said it jokingly. But say he gets paid out by collingwood at 500k a year, would he be willing to play some somewhere for cheap? like 100k cheap?
Put him in a place who won't publically embarrass him and who knows what could happen.
Has AFL experience and could fill a depth position. But probably not what we're after.

Henderson as top 20 and Liam Shiels as squad depth... you do realise that only one of those two is our vice captain and it aint Hendo...
i dont care what Liam Shiels is, but he isnt in our top 20 players right now.
I suggest we ask Clarko if a 3 time premiership player makes our best22
I believe he is! His absence against Carlton cost us that game

Going by your top group that had Henderson and Brand types, I would value Shiels higher than those two.

I wonder what our answer would be if a club like GC offered two first rounders for Rioli? He's reliant on his speed & athleticism which will naturally diminish in his latter years.
Wouldnt happen unless there was elite talent involved. No point getting picks if we cant use them to our need which is elite talent not just highly talented ones. And if that were going to happen, rioli be worth much more to gws and could do almost straight swap for greene or shiel (if those 2 wanted to go home) or kelly, giants would bloody love rioli up there.
