I got a whole bunch of Dave Brubeck albums with Portuguese sleevenotes because they were Mozambique imports.

It sounds like he was similar to my dad, the swinging sixties passed him by despite being in his 20s back then.

My mum saw The Beatles in Auckland back in the sixties and my dad probably didn't even know who they were.

Ironically my dad did like Alas Smith and Jones back in the 80s when they discussed The Beatles.

My mum said you could hardly even hear them playing due to all the screaming, one of the reasons they stopped playing live.

I like that 70s west coast sound too with bands like The Eagles, America and Fleetwood Mac even though it was before my time.

I've spent years fastidiously shaving my head with a 0.5 clipper; I was vainly pulling the really obvious grey hairs out of my beard for a couple of years, and it was long enough that I could get away with it.

After a recent beard trim got a little out of control, and a recent low period kept me from seeing anyone for 2 weeks, causing my hair to grow out a little... it's clear that I've lost the war. I don't know if my beard is more grey, or if my head is more bald.

I didn't deserve this. I'm a good person, I've volunteered for kids charities, I foster dogs, I donate when I can. I didn't deserve the fat, grey and bald axis of evil

I had a receding hairline when I was 16. Gave up when I was late 20s and have had a shaved head ever since.

My beard is getting so grey I trim it more and more, but my hair... My god Im so thankfull that I have such a full head of hair, mousy brown in winter, golden brown in summer, with not a hint of grey.

Recent premierships help I guess.

Yeh up until recently i too had hardly any greys in head hair but beard was about 50-50. Now i have some greys above ears and here and there on top but still 50-50 beard.
If i shave my beard it would probably drop 10 years off my look. But. Dropping the beard is dangerous

I work in a Hi-Fi store, we sell about 5 cd players a week.

Hell there are CD players that go for 3499 AUD these days.
