Car insurance premium up 30% lol

Thieving campaignerS

Yeah my home insurance went up like 30%.

RBA usually blames petrol for inflation but because that is low they were throwing out hairdressers and dentists.

How about having a public crack at the real culprits for the inflation staying higher here than overseas - Coles, Woolworths, RAC(x), Aami etc. all the big businesses taking the piss.

campaigners.

Will be paying a couple thousand dollars to insurer a car in few years, because they're not stopping the increases.

My bestie complains she has a s**t sleep. Um yeah that's because you let your greyhounds and 2 cats on your bed. I tell her I don't want to hear her complain about it.

A few years back when I was studying at Tafe, I went to a classmates house for what was meant to be a study session & prep ahead of a major assessment, and the animal stench when she opened the door was overwhelming - they had 2 dogs & at least 2 cats

Not long before leaving one of the cats came inside, jumped up on the kitchen bench & just started eating scraps off a plate, before joining us at the kitchen table - there was no moving the cat on or getting it off what I'd deem non-pet suitable areas, with the animals clearly running the house

First thing I did when I got home was showered as I stank of animals even though I didn't hold any of them - I'm not anti animals/pets, and had a pet cat, but don't understand how people live as they did

As bad a post-to-username ratio as I've ever seen

Visited some people years ago for a barbecue. It was in the backyard. They had a small dog…

There was the remains of a chicken carcass on the back step that we had to step over to go outside. Then watch where we walked 💩. Later, I went inside to get another drink and the dog was on the kitchen bench, licking the butter.

That's pretty much what their kitchen & dining area looked like

I genuinely don't think they would have realised how bad their house smelt as it's likely it's got progressively worse over time, but living in that environment you don't necessarily notice the change

As they were renting, I was curious how the final inspection went after they moved out - not sure how you'd get that smell out
