Similarly hot cross buns with all the variations of chocolate stuff in them are shit too. Disgusting. Just buy a block of chocolate and a loaf of bread if you're into that.

So I buttered some plain bread, dusted on some cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar, then dropped a handful of choc-chips on them. 10 seconds in the microwave and recreated the flavour for 1/10th the cost of the buns.

...It didn't go quite as well with her as I had hoped though.

Child Support - the step kids dad reports his income so low he barely pays any child support ($1 a day per kid - works in hospitality and gets paid cash in hand)

Missus got a new job and will have to now start paying him child support - more in 1 year than he has the last 5 years combined.

Not much she can do about it as she has to prove he is living above his means etc and to be honest, she cant be bothered (and dont blame her). Just annoying (dont care he pays sfa, whatever - but now she has to pay him because he lies shits me)

THe microwave HCB is an interesting one. Incorrectly heat time wise and its a fail.

Toasting is great, but not if you have a vertical toaster.

Usually gotta give one side a bit of a squash to fit - do it if im in a hurry otherwise oven it is.

My kid eats them cold - prefers them that one - i just look away

I haven't either but I'm sure it would work. Start off at a lower heat, say 160-170 for a few minutes to warm them through then 1 or 2 minutes at 200 for the crunchy outside.

Yes. I CBF waiting for the oven to heat up when I can just chuck it in the microwave for a minute. I also couldn't care any less about it being crunchy.
