As he was involved in list management/recruiting at Melbourne, he can be a welcome chop out for Rawlings/Clayton. Give them a hand, as they would've been working double time since the walkout. Also gives Todd a chance to watch them at work and report back to Clarko.
It's too late to make any major changes in this area for this year, but will be a watch for next year.

Was posting more along the lines, that it's too late to make any moves on Rawlings/Clayton this year. Need to back them in for now.
But changes would likely be made next year, if Viney and Clarko don't like what they see or have others in mind to come in.
