Sounds like Viney and Clarko have a great relationship. Loved how open he was about their mutual respect and ability to disagree and still get the job done.

McClure a bit of a twat asking about their salaries effects on the soft cap. I suspect that's going to be a pervasive narrative if we don't add any additional name recognition to the football department in the offseason.

So only Younie and Rocca have been told they aren’t getting another contract?

Not that mass clean out the media made it out to be.

If there are only 2 vacancies, who is out there currently?

Leon Cameron?

Adem Yze (out of contract and worked with Clarko before)?

Tbf new head coach, new head of footy, demotion of gm of talent to list manager, new ruck coach, new forwards coach, new role for ceo + 2-3 new recruiters, is fairly substantial.

I am the only one who this fossilised image of him with long hair and headband before seeing that he's now 25 years older?
What a magnificent footballer he was.

I reckon they'll open up a few more positions.
But those 2 are the only ones from the 2022 team that have been cut.
Expecting a stoppages, tackling and kicking coach at a minimum.

I was shocked at how much older he has got while I have stayed exactly the same.

Him and Stinger - Steven Tingay

Tingay was an excellent player!! Cruelled by injuries.
Had the very rare degenerative hip disease known as Perthes.

Still played elite sport.

Tip of the cap.

As an aside, so did Karl Amon.

Unbelievable. It would've been harder to manage in the 90s, compared to nowadays, yeah?

Kudos to both players, especially Amon, still dominating. Maybe that was due to being better equipped, but still.

My brother also had it which is how I know a little about it.

Crazy disease in which the blood supply to the hip joint just stops and the ball at the top of the femur turns to mush.

The blood supply then randomly restarts.
