You can want whatever you want driven by WA media spin. Cal Twomey recently said the 2 F1s were driven by media spin and not from clubPort want 2 early teens picks for Houston.
We want 2 late firsts for Barrass and an early 2nd.
The 2 arent even remotely close
only ITKs should be allowed to post in here for sharing.
Sicily is a much better player than Barrass. That's going to be something like 17 + 40 on draft night. Imagine getting that for Sicily.
It honestly doesn't matter what this trade is tbh.if Eagles desperately want to win the trade
I expect the final outcome of Baker & Barrass won't be a straight swap but more likely a net outcome of;It honestly doesn't matter what this trade is tbh.
If the reports are true and we're going to forward your pick on to Richmond for Baker then we're losing this trade period by a huge margin. Barrass is a significantly better player than Baker and much more valuable as a key position.
The semantics of any additional picks doesn't make up for our sheer incompetence should the reports be true.
Bump my post from August, we are at the bolded steps.Trade period will probably play out like this:
- WC will ask for 11 + F1st for Barrass + F2nd
- Hawthorn will offer 27 + F2nd for Barrass + F3rd
- WC will say no and ask for a 1st Rd pick to be included.
- Hawthorn will offer either 11 or F1st.
- WC will ask for 27 or F2nd to be included as well.
- Hawthorn will offer 11 + F3rd.
- WC will counter 11 + F2nd.
- Hawthorn will put final offer 11 + F2nd for Barrass + F3rd.
- Will drag out till finals minutes of trade deadline with threats from both sides of walking away.
- minutes before trade deadline closes
- Hawthorn offer 11 + F2nd
- WC accept, paperwork lodged.
So then there is not a single required player in the comp. What if a club offered Collingwood picks 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+ 3 future picks for Nick Daicos? Would be still be a required player?
