There's a lot of names in that list I've barely sighted.

And two evil names in 3Kz and Senor M were by the same calibre of activity so I'll go with one of the less active folk.

I read this one of two ways:

1 it’s a ploy and he actually is in their faction. They knew ligma would flip good and figured they would remove all suspicion from Rob by putting his name in there.

2 he is good and they’re trying to frame him.

The odds are in favour of him being good but I admit I’ve tried the first strat before in roles with something called the sneak. (Multi wolf had this - basically the sneak could spy on any pm and see the last five messages there) where we in a faction would flood our pm with “EAD ND” to try and frame him (not realising his name would be removed)
