Part of being in a footy club is for the leader, coaches and seniors to guide the kids into mature adults. Many kids will that age will make mistakes, do the wrong thing and even break the law sometimes - that is part of growing up. If the club can't manage diverse type of kids and wants everyone to conform to a standard stereotype of a youngster - that says a lot about the maturity of the club and its leaders than the younger kids. This issue has been prevalent ever since Bucks took over and he has been instrumental in driving out players who doesn't "comply" with his requirement, personality wide. It has come back into force now. We have failed to groom one youngster into a superstar under Bucks. So getting higher picks will not solve the issue - it just postpones the inevitable and into whoever is unlucky enough to come to this club.

In my heart, I am happy for Stevo if he leaves. He will be able to grow into a better footballer somewhere else.

you don't rate Moore, Grundy, JDG as superstars - what about the outstanding development of youth such as Maynard, Crisp, Daicos, Adams, IQ,

Yes. But they just shuffled their pick 17 back to 21 this year and they also traded a future 2nd out in the same deal (so can't trade their future first).

They are not a good dance partner in terms of trade.

- Didak & Shaw incidents
- We’ve had 3 players suspended for gambling on AFL matches
- Sidebottom this year
- Swan court case
- JDG court case, drink driving, fighting

Name another club that’s got a rap sheet like that? Eddie runs a halfway house

Ok - so we agree that STEVO has an attitude problem.

Your assumption now is that we don't have the culture to make him pull his head - which could be right.
Or we have tried everything and he's not responding - at some point you need to move on.
I'm hoping Stevo is pleading with the club to stay, and committed to change, and this tactic by the Club has been a reality check for him.
But time will tell.
