What we forget is having glandular fever before the season is a huge thing and impossible for athletes to perform 100% after a bout of it. He had an average year played out of position and asked to do a lot. This is going to bite us on the arse big time and it’s what we deserve.
Bucks judges players on a body of work apparently, he says it all the time, amd here we are, can’t wait to see the likes of Hoskin Elliott earning a crust next year shirking contests and racking up 8 touches a game.

I doubt the club or Stephenson will ever be forthcoming on the real reasons he was traded tbh. Sounded very much like Stevo was choosing his words carefully and being selective with what he revealed about that phone conversation.

If everyone thinks the conversation went exactly and as simply as he said, you have rocks in your head.

He contradicted himself in the interview by saying early he had some things to work on, on and OFF the field.

Then later alluding to the exit meeting said they didn’t really say much, it was more some on the the field stuff.

I find it extremely hard to believe there wasn’t more said.

Does anyone really think stevo is gonna outline all the stuff that makes his attitude look horrible live on air?

When Buckley was on the chopping block the players stood by him. I thought he had a caring special bond with them. That doesn’t mean you keep everyone but you do treat them with respect. He should have been upfront with Jaiden. For him to find out the way he did is horrible. These are people not commodities! Side by Side or suicide? Not good!
