its actually not the worst suggestion to be honest, and the values are probably about right. Would give Dees the currency to get Reid too.

If that deal for done yeah definitely the next 3 flags.
But if we're getting Oliver, Baz would have to be traded to the dees, plus picks.
Dee's are on win mode right now, they would want a ready made midfielder.
Baz had a down year and i also suspect the hawks wouldn't trade pick 3 for baz.

Was at the railway hotel in Yarravlle after the reserves final and most players came in including Lobb. He genuinely looked like he was getting on well with everyone. Also plays regular golf with other players as well. Hardly a lepper.

Its a simple case of it not working and if it actually happens we are just cutting our losses and moving on. Saints still very keen.

The “not working” bit is the most concerning. These people are paid to make it work, identify targets to make a plan/strategy work, set us up for the future. We seem to keep pivoting every year from strategy to strategy.

Well our Stringer and Hunter trades prove otherwise. Oliver is a gun, but I'd be shocked if he lands them more than a couple of firsts. Two firsts, a second and McAdam? Yeah no way he is worth that much given his numerous indiscretions this season. Tattooing himself leading to infection, arguing with trainers/staff, not taking his rehab seriously, using another surgeon privately outside of the clubs knowledge. That is just the stuff we know about, there is likely more.

Well guess people were right about the BnF being a night of good news reveals, so far at least.

Naughton sealed for the rest of his career as a Bulldog. Will make many on here happy.
Hopefully its not on insane coin though, that it won't impact us having a good team around him. Seen a few players go to s**t once they signed a mega deal.
