I switched on trade radio for 45 minutes. 20 of those minutes was Barrett and Cornes sticking it to the Bulldogs. I can't remember any other club coming in for criticism. They are shameless.

Honestly to end up with 17, 25 and Kennedy (with later pick happenings but who cares) is pretty good.

Allows us to hit the draft and I don’t think we’re any weaker next year.

Guessing we upgraded 48 to 38 as part of the Smith deal but decent chance future pick upgrades were in that too

If we don’t have some incredibly serious plans for this time in 12 months, we may as well fold the club.

Moving some salary off the books will help retain some of our players, but cap space apparently wasn’t a concern anyway.

We simply have to be targeting 1 or 2 big names or getting reamed this year will be for nothing.

When you have a unicorn coming out of contract in the coming season, you cannot have too much salary cap space.

Sam Darcy is likely to command in excess of 900k over a long period when all is said and done.
