Biggy boy, I'd trade out the Krak coz after 2 40's you're looking at a 25k decline. Undoing a lot of the work you did by picking him. I wouldn't be going Gia coz once Higgins comes back he'll go back into his shell. ROK is solid however.

I'm looking to go Raines to Greenwood and Rich to Swan

OR

Raines to Greenwood and Higgins to Riewoldt

OR

Higgins to Deledio

What do people reckon?

Just Higgins with the injury makes it so questionable, otherwise i'd say definitely option 1 for sure. If you think Higgins can hold up then option 1, but the safer option is the one to trade Higgins.

My issue is having Chapman, Higgins and Sidebottom (emergency). Sidey is on the extended bench so I dunno if he will play because he will need to replace Higgins or Chapman. Help me choose one:

1: Leave it as it is, if Chapman is out, Sidey to replace, take punt on Higs.
2: Trade Higgins to Headland (gives me like 70k in bank)
3: Higgins to Gian
4. Chapman to Pavlich - 50k in bank
5. Chapman to Stevie J - Probably a sideways trade, SJ just reliable though and is playing.

I've had Chaps from the start and would rather keep him but yeah just hard to see how durable he will be this year. I am considering getting Headland in, just gives me that extra cash.

raines , hill, or walker ?

Hill atm is my 7th back, so in downgrading him ill be playing broughten the downgrade target, leaving me with grimes and broughten .

if i downgrade raines or walker, ill have hill and grimes , its just tempting to get rid of hill cuz he is inconsistent and has alot of cash to his name

Defs #1, no point trading out 2 keepers at this stage. Trades = gold in 2009

And as for my team, Sen, Raines is my 7th back but Suban is worth than him and Raines is likely to drop the week he comes back. I'm waiting for Hodge to come back and drop 30 grand then pick him up. If i do one, then next week i'm looking to do Collins downgrade and Higgins to Riewoldt. They'll both drop in price so it doesn't matter too much if i wait the week. Cheers for the advice.

i need help. I have 183k in the bank and already done 1 trade. i can:

A) Suban-->Lockyer
B) Suban-->PBurgoyne + 53k
C) Suban-->Sam Fisher + 37k
D) Higgins-->Riewioldt +60k
E) Not trade and wait a week

I have 11 trades left and i am stuck on what to do.

I would go B and get riewoldt next week when he hits rock bottom...but Option A looks very good too.Tight between A and B!

Now have a backline of: Goddard, Cornes, Fisher, Drummond, Adcock, Houlihan, Grimes Broughton Greenwood

Forwards: SJ, Pavlich, Deledio, ROK, NGB, Ziebell, Skippy, M.Brown Warren

9 trades left and looking at downgrading Warren & MB to rookies to fund the final upgrades in my forward line Skippy or Ziebell and midfield Otten or Hartlett.

May downgrade one more to upgrade Houlihan or Grimes. Other trades will be held for LTI at the end of the season.

I'm playing for the league win and pretty much have to win this week, like desperately have to, or I can kiss finals goodbye. Was going to upgrade rich this week and hartlett in 2 weeks, but now I guess I'm going to upgrade coughlan this week, rich in 2 weeks and hold hartlett for a fair chunk of the year- I think he's going to be the highest averaging rookie in the comp this yr so it might not be too bad.

Raines to grima or greenwood? Obviously hard to tell with laidley, but can anyone take a guess at who is more secure?

Then Coughlan to Ablett, Gibbs or Corey? Extra cash might come in handy...

The will try and get Didak and my team will be close to done with 8 trades and about $200k in cash

Your side is in a very good position in terms of cash cows so i would definitly get rid of walker this week, either upgrading him or downgrading him and then upgrade another player like Hill or Raines or Rich or Ziebell

Raines to Broughton I think. Put Higgins/Sidebottom on the field as opposed to walker, and put hartlett on the field. I don't know how much cash you have but I'd be looking to upgrade Krakouer this week, possibly to JBrown, SJ (although it's a bit late on him), ROK maybe, or even Buddy if you want someone cheap.

Ballantyne or Wright...
I already had Ballantyne so i got wright
i would say sam wright is a better target than Austin easily

I wouldn't suggest getting him, for his price you can get anyone almost. Deledio should average about 5ppg less for the rest of the year and costs about 60-70k less. Surely 5ppg is worth 70k?

Nice team, how many trades do you have left? If it's under 10 then I would just leave your side for this week. Maybe downgrade Hill to Greenwood.
