Agree, before we call the sky as falling and berating everything for the sake of sounding outraged, there needs to be some time and understanding. I've said a couple of times, this is not a full-time role, like the blokes, and they also have Managers working for them (and sometimes for themselves). It's rarely as bad as it seems, and sometimes not as good you hoped!

It's not necessarily the playing group itself. Perhaps there is something going on with the coach, or the general club.
I just cant see us being competitive to be honest with the top tier teams, we were middle of the field as it was & can't see us being better now. There were no serious injuries apart from our recruit from Adelaide. I just cant see our weakened midfield & an ordinary forward line being competitive. I can only see us going backwards at the moment, which is so disappointing.

Piss poor List management, we re holding onto players like hosko who are done and likely occupying a tier that millzy could be on ,,I don’t doubt there’s several paid in front of sheerin , and that’s not right
If she ranked any worse than 2 in the pecking order she has every right to be pissed off. Brennan Gresier, Hosking, Egan, Miller, are all rubbish in comparison

Nice to see a balanced approach to what has happened. I think we are all stunned with Sheerin going, she was certainly my favourite player and will be a huge loss. However Fox are reporting that she wanted to go to North because she is very good friends with their recently appointed head of football. This probably explains why she knocked back strong offers from Sydney and GWS. Surely North couldn’t afford to pay her more than those clubs so I don’t think money was the motivation. Yassir also a big shock and it would be disastrous to lose her for nothing. She always seemed happy at the Tigers but maybe strong interest from the club she barracked for as a kid was just too hard to resist. Let’s be honest, wouldn’t we all love to play for the Tigers if we had the chance ??
Same thing when i seen the article yesterday. She was the reason i watched us play. They ruined her playing up forward your mate sheehan is a flog like her dad been saying she should be there for 3 years. The coach is useless also. Sounds to me way we’ve managed the tpp , she has shot thru , amateur hour . With so many ordinary players , let’s be honest , should have been flipping easy to make space to keep best young players , shaking my head
