Just want to qualify that this is something I heard from a guy at work and I have no idea of how accurate it is, but thought I would share it anyway. People can take it anyway they like. The bloke said his barber, who also cuts Fevs hair, said to him that Fev played golf with Peter Moore and Peter said that Darcy will request a trade at seasons end. Peter doesn’t like the way we deliver the ball to our forwards ( which was highlighted in the papers ) and Darcy is looking for a change of scenery. Hard to know who or what to believe as one source (Herald Sun) says he wants to stay and other sources (rumour mongers) say he wants to leave. I guess time will tell who is correct

To be honest, I'm not too fussed either way, but Peter Moore and Fev seem unlikely golfing partners.

Never trust a barber...

I know that Peter Moore came out saying his son was being crucified with our forward entries, but didn’t know it was reported that he wanted to leave for a change of scenery
Darcy has been crucified by his barber.

At the end of the day, if
someone wants to leave, it’s not the end of the world. Look at Geelong and Hawthorn, they lost stars in Ablett and Buddy and still went on to win flags. The only thing is, if Moore and/or de Goey left, we need to make sure we are adequately compensated with high draft picks/quality players

I can Guarantee Broomhead won't go anywhere and Aish Leaving will be a Mistake
Broomhead wouldn't get a game at Leongatha, was never any good and will be delisted at seasons end, If he goes to another club I am willing to bet that we would be lucky to get a late 3rd rounder for him, Aish will stay

Even you could get a game at Leongatha!

Just so we are all on the same page, here is the condensed version of this rumour chain:

Darcy Moore told
Peter Moore, who told
Brendan Fevola, who told
His Barber, who told
A Bloke, who told
Magwood, who told
The wider Big Footy community

Story checks out so far.

I'm seeing quite a few people on here say that we should get rid of Elliott and Faz who are quality proven players yet people are saying we should keep Broomhead who has done absolutely nothing, don't be so sure I would a game at Leongatha, maybe in the super rules though:think:

I can see Gold Coast offering massive overs for Thomas at the end of the year. Not "Weller overs" but substantially more than his current worth.
Thomas is a free agent.

Ok, so I've done some research to verify the rumour.

I've found out that the first three links in the chain are real people and exist.

But now I'm stuck.

Is this the barber we're talking about?

I have heard both stories. 1 saying he is not Enjoying Himself and Wants Out and Other he Loves the Club
