And I just joined a cultAdam Oxley is my hero
Agree the 'igniter' Leon Davis was our last real crumbing forward.Am I the only one thinking us being linked to Neade (by the media) due to the likely Kirby delisting is a bit off?
Why couldn’t we be interested in Neade due to losing a fwd pocket in Fas?

Only problem is I hear he’s a one club player.Would love to get our sticky fingers on Scully. Runs hard both ways. Great kicking. Would be fantastic at the Pies.
What about the Krak?Agree the 'igniter' Leon Davis was our last real crumbing forward.
Think we might be a little gun shy on left foot half backs from Sydney!!Thoughts on Nic Newman from Sydney. Word is North is now off him as they landed Jasper Pittard instead.
Newman does have elite foot skills and may fit in with our game style a bit better than Sydney's stunted style. A curious one worth looking at. Not seen a huge amount of him this year as he fell out of favour but last year he was very good. We still need to improve our lists generally poor foot skills so anyone who ticks that box will always get me interested.
Fas out, Neade in?
Kirby out, Lonie in?
Langdon out, May in?
Blair out, Atu B in?

This article provides a bit more than info about the Langdon situation. Importantly, it notes that Ned Guy is offering what he's offered a lot of our uncontracted players this year, two years. Langdon wants three.
Jeez, what if Guy waits until mid-October to negotiate new contracts for De Goey and Grundy in 2020.
I wouldnt know why the club doesnt want to commit to three years. i would guess the trelaoar deal and our other high coin players have deals backended, leading the club to want to clear out older players, i.e. dunn, wells, goldsack for the next few seasons
Langdon has been playing in the best 22 for the last season and a half, i would think a 3 year deal is fair for him
Ned Guy seems to have an obsession with two year deals this year. Puts us in a tricky situation come 2020.
Puts us in the same situation we're in now, although there'd be just about a new CBA by then?Ned Guy seems to have an obsession with two year deals this year. Puts us in a tricky situation come 2020.
That is an interesting theory.I think it came down to either faz or Elliott, and Elliott got the contract
Be a repeat of this year, with a high number of players requiring recontracting.Ned Guy seems to have an obsession with two year deals this year. Puts us in a tricky situation come 2020.
Those days went with PertAs frustrating as it is, I am also really enjoying the fact that there are no leaks coming out of Collingwood.
Priority pick pre draft ie just before pick 1.Cause he’s getting us first round compo when he leaves.
This - “Tomorrow might bring Dan Hannebery’s move from St Kilda to Sydney.”Melbourne did not count?
