Lets compare some details here.

Lions NEEDED draft points more than we needed to trade out all our picks BEFORE securing new picks for Bolton, Baker, Rioli....


We trade Pick 32, 42,43,45 for a single pick 20

The Demons just got Pick 9 for 28, 40, 46, 54 and 65


So the Demons got a pick 11 spots higher in the draft by giving up less quality picks than what we just gave up.
