I wanted him, he’d kicked big bags of goals in the juniors and was going to be available with our later picks

Was always a huge question mark if he’d be able to get enough size onto his frame though

I thought they could nominate terms. We would have pick 1 of the rookie draft as well, so if we rate someone can probably just pick them up there on a 1 year deal and see what happens.

Just a question does anyone reckon Noah Cumberland could play midfield he runs in straight line for the ball or doesn’t he have a big enough tank ? Yes, we drafted him as a mid But he’s such a gun forward I think he will just pinch hit thru the midfield in years to come

Thanks for doing this. So in theory we go into the draft able to pick 9 players but likely go with 6, trade 2 picks out on the night for first rounders next year, then promote off the rookie list 1 player so we can still have one pick in the rookie draft and one in the SSP.

That seems to be our strategy each year in terms of keeping spots open.
