We paid 95% last year, that held over cap now sits without a home. That doesn't roll over indefinitely, you just loose it.

I am not sure what you mean? What has that got to do with wanting everything on the cheap or charity as you put it? If your talking about the cap difference, your assuming that even with allocating for higher end salaries for players, your not factoring natural rises for players ie like Lennon and the fact most of the time we have about 5 players left to contract which would be about 1m of cap room. If deals are done then some of those don't get contracts and we then just factor in more draftees on their small wage. Plus even if we have to move monies up to get to the min 95% we would just prepay other players contract and that actually places us in even a better position for the future.
