In Cunners last training video where they mic’d him up, Goats did say he’d now be odds on for last in the shuttle runs. Definitely an area for improvement.

That is cool! I left pretty quickly but now I kinda wish I had stuck around... It was pretty interesting watching them, even just the structure of the drills. Maybe I'll come back on the Wednesday.

Is it that concerning? It was abundantly clear throughout 2022 and this year that we have a bunch of blokes who are gassed part way through the third. We have to have been the worst team training wise throughout that time.

Obviously we need to turn that around, but individuals who are well below the standard aren't so much a concern as an expected roadblock

Yep, really needs to start stepping up in the offseason.
He'll get a reality check this year if he's relegated to the VFL program in light of others who've put in the effort.

My visit made me curious: is watching the full training a thing people do?

I used to do it fairly regularly when I lived closer to Arden St and was on Daddy duty with my baby daughter. Nice outing and atmosphere.
