I get recovery and studying vision is important but should be 2 training sessions a week plus captains run

I believe they all received a Certificate of Participation after the game.No mouth guards just pats on the back for "at least you tried"

Usually they get Monday or the day after the game off? Gym Tuesday? Main session Wednesday?
So what days do the review the games? And which sessions do the implement things they need to work on?
