It'd be a dull forum if we can't critique coaching decisions regardless of the coaches former prowess.

However I agree with your take - 2018 Hawthorn were top 4 in a year they had no right to be.
There's critiquing and there's "he's got no idea" based on not playing a 2 vfl game project player.

Also I reckon we need more than 1 proper training session a week

I get recovery and studying vision is important but should be 2 training sessions a week plus captains run

Currently just 1 session plus captains run
What actually is captains run? Is it an actual training session or just Jy and Luke going for a jog?
 
Anyone who goes to training on Wednesday, can you look closely and watch for where Sheezel and Bailey Scott lineup in match sim scenarios please.
 
Can someone brief me about what training looks like at the club now?
Usually they get Monday or the day after the game off? Gym Tuesday? Main session Wednesday?
So what days do the review the games? And which sessions do the implement things they need to work on?
