Nothing to do with the club, but I have been trying to please everyone (fans, media, social media, the club), that I've realised I stopped trying to do what I loved. Why I started attending training to begin with it.
So I'm gonna start putting myself first.
I have always loved your reports , but you just do what makes you happy Jen

I reckon going forward preseason I should limit the footage and do write up’s. but during the season footage won’t matter too much. It’ll help my phone battery

I love reading your reports and to be honest rarely watch any of your videos if that helps.

Your work is much appreciated by all and sundry.

Revolver has a reputation for sure but it's just a typical popular nightclub. There's no such thing as "the place" where people go to take drugs. People who want to take drugs while clubbing will take drugs regardless of the venue.

I think it's a bit of a leap in logic to say Markov was at Revolver therefore Markov is into drugs and therefore has a "loose lifestyle."

Let's not talk about what Ginnivan got up to in the off-season... Interesting how some players get tarred with a certain label but others don't.

There’s some good Thai there too

It could go this way but I also see McStay being targeted for high balls more often straight away and once he gets a few clunks in the boys will have more confidence in looking for him till he eventually takes over.
I think thats a big ask and also sells Mihochek short. When it comes to KPF the biggest value trait is kicking goals and Brody has been great. McStay is up to this point much more the 3rd wheel and as you go up the KPF pyramid, the toughest one in footy, it gets harder and harder. An established forward like McStay is unlikely to dramatically increase his output but will be really important structurally and Brody may be the biggest beneficiary.

Just by goal kicking prowess this is the comparison for goals per game and AFL ranking season by season. Through that time both have been predominantly tall forwards.

Mihochek goals per game , AFL rank. McStay goals per game , AFL rank

2022 1.78, 29th verses 1.14, 60th
2021 1.62, 33rd verses 1.47, 45th
2020 1.39, 22nd verses 0.65, 116th
2019 1.50, 37th verses 0.88, 110th
2018 1.81, 16th verses 1.16, 72nd

Brody to me is just the more likely goal kicker. McStay will be great but will be the workman like tall forward we need not the star we would love. Maybe the 4th or 5th goalkicker after Brody, Elliott, Ginny and maybe De Goey.

I'm predicting McStay as our leading goalkicker.

I think you’re overselling Mihocek here. 5 years as the number one banana and he’s only managed to be in the top 20 goal kickers per game once and only managed to get over 40 goals once. Buddy Franklin is great at kicking goals as is Tom Hawkins, Jeremy Cameron, Charlie Curnow, Tom Lycnh, Jack Reiwoldt, etc.

Mihocek that doesn’t even close to them. He’s maybe good at kicking goals but not great.

If anything Mihocek is production is workman like in a role that the top teams need to have a star in. I’m not expecting star numbers McStay either but I don’t we’ve chased him to play him the same way Brisbane did 4th/5th down the line.

They play quite differently. Brodie does most of his damage getting quite high up the ground and then running back into 50. McStay leads at the ball carrier more.

I think McStay will kick more goals for us than he did for Brissy. His best goal kicking stretch was second half of 2021 when the other Bris talls were injured and thus he was hitting at the footy from deep forward and thus getting shots at goal, whereas he's generally played higher up the ground were hitting at the footy takes him out of range.

G C never said Checkers was a great in the ilk of Buddy , Cameron , Hawkins and the rest you mentioned, very few are. But Mihocek has been our one out best tall forward for the last 5 years , his assistance during that time has been , the ruckman when resting forward in the main. not much to write home about there , besides the odd cameo from Cox.

GC used the word great, I’d reserve that word for the select few I mentioned.

Mihocek has battled manfully for us. You could say he’s done a great job doing that. But as a goal kicker great he is not.

Travis Cloke similarly had no help and whilst his worst years during that time are comparable to Mihoceks best yet he got shit canned on here.

Should be around the mark , I’m going Elliott, Mihocek , McStay for the trifecta. With Billy been numero uno leading goal scorer in that order FJ
Elliott will definitely benefit with McStay in the team. You could be right Brother. 🍻
