thanks Jen.

any sighting of Kreuger on the track or has he done his shoulder again?
Kreuger is fine. Completed training. So looks like there was no real issue from the weekend.

Training: Monday August 21st.

This morning started at 10:30 and went til 12. Running late, probably reviews and all that. Some of the AFLW girls were on the ground when I got there and doing some light stuff.

No Ryan. Jamie and Moore (both were in sydney for the WC last night)

Sidebottom and Nick only did bike work.

Maynard.
Mitchell
Murphy
carmichael

Did a running session. Then Murphy and Carmichael left to go inside after chatting to wade. I've been told Murphy has a corky in his back, which explains why he was a little shaky when trying to run this morning.

Think just management for Mitchell and Maynard.

There was a real focus on fighting with contests, 1v 1, Defensive work and spoiling. They did some work on ball movement as well.

When it came to match sim, the VFL players had gone inside bar Dean (and Kelly) who played, good to get some of footy stuff into him, and he looked good. Hoping for an injury free pre-season.

You had:

Frampton. Markov. Noble v Checkers. WHE. Ginni (they were missing one forward so Lippa had to go in the middle and WHE up forward)
Cameron v Cox
Crisp. De Goey. Daicos v Pendles. Adams. Lippa

Dean. IQ. Kelly v Hill. Mcstay. McCreery

Thanks Jen.
Who looked the better of Cox & Cameron at training? Do you think we’ll play both against Bombers?

I know it's unlikely, but gee you'd love to see him get up for the first final. The Dees won't tag him and you can see him running riot off a month's freshen up.
Never say never. Wouldn't be surprised if he is right for the first final

Nick hasn't started running yet. Think that'll happen next week. But he has started bike work at least.
Run laps during bye week

Join main training before first final

Just a matter of whether they take a risk with a double chance up our sleeves

I'm sure I saw a picture of him without crutches and on the boundary, looking like he's moving. Ahh well, looks like he might miss the first final
I'm a fan of you defining moving as running. I went for two runs yesterday. Couch to toilet and back.

As long as you didn’t have the runs.

What is "Ginny Grid Connect"?

Having a complete guess without ever attending training I'd assume it's a netball type of thing where you get offensive vs defensive groups in a grid, trying to work it down to the next grid and so on. And potentially don't leave that grid?

Complete guess 😂

You might get a plate of ket if you win 🤷
