It was slow in comparison to their season and i dont believe they have the quality of last season meaning that they may be even slower this year.

Could quite easliy find themselves 0-2 and battling from there without the depth they had last year.

Also where do you get your mail re being a resonably poor premier season ? Round one hasn't even been completed ! De La has been in good form in the praccy matches but we haven't heard much from the other teams ? It could be a very even strong competition again this year.

Yeah i dont know how OM's can at all be talking themselves up with a loss to their seconds last year !! Also they have a new coach i believe??? how is he going? thought your other coach was ordinary, no real game plan and talked some shit at the breaks, you really relied on just the talent in the group taking control.

Also the Dairy Bell at Hawthorn has closed down so it looks like a few more ppl will be spending their time a bit closer to De La (i know i will be)

I agree Mr X except for SBM. They will struggle this year and I tip OC to beat them round 1. Wouldn't think the De La vs OM to be as big a margin either.

Was walking the dog round the albert park area and saw wat looked like OMs training on a small oval near junction. They were looking sharp with alot of tough physical work. Also DLS better watch out for Gooley's tackling power and outstanding leadership from Harold Joop. So DLS better be switched on otherwise it could be a shock start to the season.
