Ed Murphy = GUN!

Saw the first half of the De La v Scotch game and he was a general down back. Xavs will have to be on top of him if they're any chance this week.

That short kid on the wing didn't like it when he was tagged though. Struggled with an opponent running with him.

DShlapp you Mentonian pleb. Was it not I that warned the comp about this great man?

Was it you that said he was no more than a mere shadow of one of the leagues best defenders?

Is it you that is eating your words?

Underestimate 'Murph' at your own peril. Hell is about to be unleashed on the red and black army.

Go back to the Espy.

My mail is that Noonan, Lees and Buckley will all play this weekend after missing the last few. Will make a massive difference to the Xav's and it should ensure a very even and tight contest. Let's not forget Xav's were winners against DLS round one.

your mails wrong sport

My mail tells me otherwise Easy...

Dislocated finger - Yes
Out of skin - No
Playing for ox reserves - Yes
Playing this week against De La - YES

Lachie O'Connell kicked 8 I see. Thought he was a backmen?

De La are clearly the team to beat, their backline has kept scotch to 4 goals, and havent conceeded over 60 points since round 5 and have only conceeded more than 12 goals twice.

Noonan and the xavier forward line will have a lot more on their hands this week than they did round one.

Last time de la didnt have Jarrad Allan, their best midfielder, or pat carrol their new found gun full back.

Good Luck premier cause your going to need it.

De la wont lose another game.

Ulbrick is a flog ;)

LOL De La will destroy Xavier this week, I personally can't wait. Can you???

Everyone's been very quick to jump off the Xavs... I suppose recent results do point in De La's favour.

Who am I kidding, De La will smash them.

The Scotchies have been very quiet of late. Where was Strange "The Saviour" on the weekend?

Will Strange would definately not have made a difference for scotch. He's fat, slow and got the arrogance to rival Ned Murphy who probably would have played on him and given him a bath.

Murphy left the ground injured on Saturday against Scotch. Interesting to see if the soft macho man will make it back this weekend against Xavs.

Also word is that Strange is having an affair with a 40 year old with 2 kids.

I would liek to know where you got this information from, its a classic... milfy hey... new nickname... but i doubt he would be able to pull that anyway....
i suppose you are a de la bloke as you are very one eyed... would this be right and would you have played on teh weekend mate???

What happened to Murphy? Bad injury?

That could make a little difference for De La against Xavs...

I did hear he's a little soft though.

Surely not all those players are missing.
Would suggest they will battle against the "best" backline in the league without their two leading goalkickers.
If they do get up, thats showing some pretty solid depth.

Chuck my money on Xavier too though, surely de la will lack structure missing there two key forwards.

Doubt there south 1 team has 2 key forwards to pop into the lineup to any effect against the cream of the competition.

And there other regular big blokes who have played up forward have looked less than impressive...

De La missing Oconnell, Muller, Allan and Collins.

Ill take that $9.60..... put me down for $100

What you like to elaborate on why Parket?

O'Connell kicked 8 last week. Why wouldn't he play, even though he is rubbish. My grandma could've kicked 8 against Scotch last week. I geuinely felt sorry for the Scotch backline.

Allan & Collins played last week and got through fine.
Muller will be back as well.

I think you'll find that all of the above will play...

And that De La will punish Xavs.

DSHlapp u answered ur own question

O'Connell kicked 8 Allan and Collins have been playing well for a number of weeks not just on the weekend so all mayb senior selection then muller mayb still playing zebras. Im interested who will come up from the south 1 side?

de la without muller and oconnell for sure. oconnell seniors muller zebras. depth is there for the de la boys tho with todd kicking goals and hunt a possible inclusion to the forward line. xavs to be taught a lesson for mine.

De La were missing:

Oconnell
Muller
Allan

After Ten Minutes:

Murphy went to hospital
Humphrey off with a groin
Figgis torn hamstring

5 of these players are in de la's top 10.

Would suggest they now have a pretty solid stranglehold on this competition.
