Because polls pull from a representative sampled across the state. The early results are purely from individual areas who have reported early results. It matters where it comes from.
Also matters that booths will smaller populations tend to be more rural and tend to be more Republican. Was always going to get an early Republican lead

I will say I do wonder if the late appeal on Harris' side to young men ended up working, as that was the one major demographic they were struggling with.

Young men in America are in disarray nonetheless, they've been moving further to the right as they feel the Democrats and people on the left wing (not saying the Dems are left) don't give a shit about them and hate them.

Whether the stuff like Harris playing Madden on stream (I don't know if it ended up happening) and "White Dudes for Harris" ended up working or ended up coming off as condescending and alienating more young men, remains to be seen.
Detrimental to the campaign

Most 'dudes' think these weirdos are weirdos. They resonate with nobody 'normal' in the same way Elon is detrimental to Trump.

"9% votes in"

Not that it matters, Georgia was always going Trump anyway.

it was polling as a line ball prior to election.

Could swing back a bit more once the areas around atlanta come in though.

It's like 2020 all over. Trump will lead early as rurals report early as they have lower voting numbers, then the cities come in and catch up.

Its why Trump melted down so hard then.
Plus a lot of states don't count postals until after the on the day votes. Which were also incredibly Democrat heavy

Yep Harris peeling away in Virginia now. NC too.

NC is very important if shes going to win

betting market has come in for trump out and for Harris.

Trump into 1.40 and Harris out to 2.80
