That is my fear, he is the one that will try it. He is ****ing delusional. I'm at a loss that he will rule but I hate the holier than thou Americans are just dumb cover all statement. If he wins its more complex than "dumb yanks".

It's no simple task:

The last amendment was in '92 and that took 200 years to ratify.
